Dr. Amato has been a Board Certified Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist in California since 2005. He has always been fascinated by the science of Medicine and the way the human body exists and functions in nature. He discovered Alternative and Natural Medicine at an early age through family and friends and began his journey into the healing practice of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He earned a Bachelor\'s degree in Biology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was also trained and certified in Massage Therapy and Natural Healing at the Center for Massage and Natural Health in Asheville, NC.
